The role requires a dynamic automotive sales background, with the ability to manage pricing, inventory and cross-department collaboration to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Preowned Manager.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of preowned vehicles.
• Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability.
• Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to achieve goals.
• Maintain customer service levels and retention by resolving complaints promptly.
