Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the used vehicle sales team; recruit, train, coach, and motivate.
• Oversee inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising; monitor aging and turn.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to improve volume and profitability; collaborate with Finance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, inventories, and sales metrics; report to dealership leadership.
