Qualifications

• 5–7 years of automotive sales experience, with management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff
• Monitor and evaluate salesperson performance and productivity
• Set and track monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and expense objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Manage vehicle inventory, including ordering and merchandising
• Oversee and administer manufacturer programs and initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to drive performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
