You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and optimize the member experience, with a compensation package featuring $100,000+ salary and bonus incentives, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume operations setting.
• Proven ability to drive revenue while managing operations and staff.
• Strong accountability for KPIs and performance targets.
• Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location including staffing and workflow.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clear revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and coach the team to maintain high service standards and accountability.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities while ensuring efficient member interactions.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational decisions.
• Address underperformance promptly with clear action plans.
