Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location—leading staff, workflow, and revenue growth. You will coach a team, hit KPI targets, and maintain premium member experiences while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

A track record in driving revenue with strong operations is essential. We offer $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentives, with 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan and 10 PTO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and uphold performance standards through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify/convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to drive operational and commercial decisions.
• Address underperformance directly with clear follow-through.
