Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven blend of operations management and sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with verifiable results.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving accountability across a team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location including staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach team to maintain high accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity’s service level; identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, quality scores—and use data to guide decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-up.
