Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location, overseeing the team, floor, numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. You will lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and maintain the standard high even when things get complicated.

If your background blends operations management with a track record of hitting sales goals, you’ll walk in already speaking the language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience managing high-volume service locations.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance across the location against revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to meet them.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and high-quality.
• Track location KPIs and use data to drive business decisions.
• Address underperformance directly with clear follow-through.
