Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage on-the-floor operations, and drive the revenue and member experience in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets while running a tight operation, with accountability for KPIs, coaching, and ensuring consistent, professional member interactions.

Responsabilités

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's level of service — while identifying and converting sales opportunities
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use data to make real operational and commercial decisions
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through
