Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to fully own a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage the floor, drive revenue, and maintain top-tier member experience while achieving defined targets.

Ideal candidates have proven operations and sales leadership, a track record of meeting KPIs, and comfort with data-driven decisions. Healthcare operations experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience driving operations and sales in a high-volume service setting.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.
• Direct performance conversations with clear outcomes; proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location: staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance: meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs for the location.
• Set and enforce performance standards with coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure professional member interactions and convert sales opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Track location KPIs: sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, quality scores; use data for operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clarity and follow-through.
