Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location. You will manage staff, workflow, and the sales pipeline while ensuring top-tier member experience.

You are expected to lead visibly, drive revenue, and maintain high standards even under pressure. You should have 5+ years of leadership blending operations and sales, with a proven ability to hit revenue targets and manage KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a blend of operations and sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience holding teams accountable to KPIs and performance standards.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location including staffing, workflow, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance and revenue targets across the location.
• Set and enforce performance standards through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure professional interactions and identify/converse sales opportunities.
• Track KPIs and use data to drive operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-up.
