Responsibilities

• Establish team goals, coverage plans, and priorities to support provider productivity and service expectations.
• Monitor practice metrics related to templates, appointment availability, revenue cycle handoffs, patient experience, and administrative quality.
• Coordinate with providers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure execution.
