Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Practice Administrator to manage daily clinic operations for a center with 4-8.9 provider FTEs in Port Charlotte, FL. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, patient access, and support services while coordinating across departments to ensure productive, reliable clinic performance.

You will establish team goals and operating priorities, monitor metrics around provider templates, appointment availability, and revenue cycle handoffs, and coach direct reports

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations for a clinic or center with 4-8.9 provider FTEs, including staffing, scheduling, access, and support services.
• Establish team goals, coverage plans, and operating priorities that support provider productivity, patient access, and service expectations.
• Monitor practice metrics related to provider template utilization, appointment availability, revenue cycle handoffs, patient experience, and administrative quality.
• Coordinate with providers, clinical leaders, revenue cycle, finance, HR, compliance, and centralized support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage direct reports through hiring support, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Implement process changes that improve practice workflows, reduce delays, and support consistent clinic execution.
• Support budget monitoring, expense control, supply coordination, and local financial performance activities.
