• Set team goals and operating priorities to support provider productivity and patient access.
• Monitor metrics on appointment availability, revenue cycle handoffs, and administrative quality.
• Coordinate with providers and centralized teams to resolve operational issues.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.
• Implement process changes to improve workflows and reduce delays.
• Support budget monitoring and supply coordination.
