Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• HIPAA training and protecting PHI as required.

• Select, onboard, train, coach, and retain world-class team members.
