Job summary

Heartland Dental Westlake Market is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead daily office operations, mentor staff, and improve performance. You will partner with doctors to deliver excellent patient care and implement systematic improvements across the practice.

The role emphasizes team leadership, patient-centered service, and adherence to HIPAA with opportunities for professional growth and enterprise-backed support.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric office environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Doctor, ensuring office support and patient service.
• Guide the team to continuous improvement and role mastery.
• Set standards for customer service and team collaboration.
• Oversee daily office operations including claims, payments, scheduling, and inventory.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain staff.
• Analyze business reports to identify opportunities and implement best practices.
