Job summary

StrideCare is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive work environment that supports excellent patient care.

You will lead staff performance, manage scheduling and onboarding, promote accountability, and serve as the main contact between staff and the Practice Area Manager while collaborating with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle and Marketing to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience in practice operations or healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice.
• Manage scheduling, staff hiring/onboarding.
• Promote accountability and performance.
• Serve as main contact between staff and the Practice Area Manager.
• Collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Marketing to improve patient experience.
• Conduct monthly meetings and performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
