Job summary

PA-Foot- is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and billing across a multi-location medical practice. The role requires strong healthcare operations knowledge, HIPAA compliance, and a focus on patient experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities include staffing, policy development, revenue cycle oversight, payer enrollment coordination, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in medical practice management or healthcare operations.
• Experience supervising administrative and clinical staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience with medical billing and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical practice across locations.
• Supervise administrative and clinical staff and provide direction.
• Manage scheduling, PTO, coverage, and staffing needs.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain policies, workflows, and staff expectations.
• Address patient concerns professionally and promptly.
• Oversee billing, AR, denials, and payer issues.
