Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across physician practice locations. You will lead front office, scheduling, revenue cycle, and administrative functions to enhance patient access and service quality.

You will mentor staff, drive performance, support regulatory compliance, and partner with clinicians to achieve financial and operational goals while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of front office, scheduling, and administrative functions.
• Optimize workflows to improve patient access, throughput, and service quality.
