Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related setting with accountability for meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lead a small business within an integrated healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic or health center.
• Coordinate staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Optimize clinic workflows and support providers in delivering high-quality care.
• Monitor key performance indicators and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Lead collaboration with dyad/triad leadership and community partners.
• Promote brand and community relations; support marketing efforts.
