The role focuses on coaching, workflow optimization, and ensuring high clinician and patient satisfaction while driving business outcomes across the practice group in a Mechanicsville, VA location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to offices and clinicians.
• Monitor workflow, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance metrics.
• Manage financial objectives, revenue, center margin, and EBITDA targets.
• Partner with shared services to support clinicians and patients.
