Job summary

You will lead staff performance, scheduling, onboarding, and resource allocation, collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Marketing to improve patient experience, and conduct regular reviews to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare management.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a medical office or clinic.
• Experience in practice operations or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice.
• Oversee scheduling, staff management, and onboarding.
• Promote accountability and performance among staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient experience and operations.
• Conduct regular reviews with providers and staff to identify improvements and develop action plans.
• Lead monthly practice team meetings.
