St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Manager, Practice Operations to lead the operations of assigned practices, ensuring successful practice operations and a patient experience aligned with SLPG standards.

You will drive workflow execution, supervise a team, and collaborate with Billing, Facilities, and Access Center to optimize performance. The role emphasizes strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to service quality to achieve financial and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of medical office or practice operations experience, including at least 1 year in a healthcare setting.
Experience supervising staff, supporting performance management, and maintaining service and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Performs leadership and managerial functions across the employee life cycle for direct reports: hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching.
Ensures operational readiness for clinical and administrative operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facilities.
Manages practice operations, workflow execution, and overall patient experience.
Coordinates with Billing/Coding, Facilities, PIC/Access Center to optimize practice operations.
Maintains collaboration with Access Center and related functions to enable seamless operations.
Serves as escalation point for operational, technological, patient, and employee issues.
