Seen Health in San Gabriel Valley is seeking a Practice Manager to run clinic operations and ensure timely, coordinated care in a culturally sensitive way. You will lead a team of RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants, shaping schedules, workflows, and daily habits to support high-quality patient experiences.

You will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and collaborate with physicians, social workers, therapists, and transportation teams to optimize care delivery and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a medical office.
• Experience leading RN/LVN/Medical Assistant teams.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient flow.
• Ability to implement workflow improvements and adopt new technology.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Medical Assistants, RNs, and LVNs, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action
• Oversee daily medical office operations: patient flow, scheduling, check-in/check-out, rooming, referrals, follow-up
• Design and sustain process improvements across rooming, pre-visit planning, orders/results, referrals, and care transitions
• Lead adoption of AI tools to streamline daily workflows and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and CMS/DHCS requirements
• Serve as escalation point for participant and family concerns and ensure language-sensitivity
