Oak Street Health is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead operations at a single primary care clinic. You will supervise a diverse team, drive daily operations, and ensure high patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

The role reports to senior regional leadership and offers advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience, flexibility for evenings, and strong PC skills; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by local communities (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
• Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly and safely.
• Provide an unmatched patient experience and service recovery as needed.
