Job summary

Mednax in Sacramento seeks an experienced Clinic Supervisor to coordinate daily clinic operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure smooth patient flow.

You will train new hires, monitor performance, handle customer service and compliance with HIPAA, and provide reports to the Practice Manager. In person role requiring 4 years of management experience; bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience required (minimum 4 years).
• In-person location in Sacramento, CA.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic staff activities and delegate work.
• Monitor and report daily statistics and performance metrics.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing staff development.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional, confidential patient interactions.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing decisions.
