Job summary

Unio Health Partners seeks an Assistant Practice Manager to support senior leadership across California clinics. You will supervise front and back office staff, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and drive service quality and patient satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of medical office experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork orientation and collaboration.
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations for clinical and non-clinical care, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership on goals, policies, budgets, and work standards.
• Provide direct supervision to front and back office staff and manage performance.
• Monitor revenue cycle, patient satisfaction, and access standards.
• Resolve patient issues; serve as first contact for complaints and grievances.
• Act as OSHA and Compliance liaison, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory adherence.
