Job summary

Seen Health, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Practice Manager to run the clinic day to day, leading a clinical team of RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants with scheduling, workflows, and patient flow.

You will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and own how well the clinic runs and the care participants receive. Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing a medical office in outpatient settings such as primary care or specialty care.
• Experience supervising MAs, RNs, and LVNs.
• Proven experience optimizing workflows in a clinical setting with measurable improvements.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency.
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and scheduling platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or related field preferred.
• Experience serving older adults or in PACE/managed care environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Medical Assistants, RNs, and LVNs, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and reviews.
• Foster a respectful, accountable, team-based culture and maintain morale and retention.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and manage time-off, productivity, and overtime.
• Oversee daily operations of the medical office, patient flow, scheduling, check-in/out, and referrals.
• Ensure appointment access standards and minimize wait times and no-shows.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships; keep clinic senior-friendly and accessible.
