Job summary

Via Care Community Health Center is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, ensuring top-quality patient care and supervising Front Office staff and Medical Assistants. Collaborate with the LVN and Director of Operations to optimize workflows and patient flow, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA degree in health care, public health, or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with benefits programs is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise Front Office staff and Medical Assistants.
• Ensure scheduling to capacity and manage walk-ins to replace no-shows.
• Monitor infection control procedures and universal precautions.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and proper documentation in patient records.
