Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a Practice Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for one or more clinics in the San Francisco area. The role leads clinical staff and physicians to build high-performing clinics with a strong culture and patient focus.

The position emphasizes operational leadership, budget monitoring, KPIs, and collaboration with regional and clinical leadership to drive improvements and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in clinic management or other leadership roles.
• Working knowledge of P&L management and financial concepts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and manage daily clinical operations and performance.
• Hire staff and support ongoing training for support staff.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and KPIs; drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and operational standards.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture across the practice.
• Support growth initiatives and build strong relationships with clinical leadership.
