Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location’s operations and revenue performance. You will lead staffing, workflows, customer interactions, and sales initiatives to achieve defined KPIs while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity’s service level — while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use data to make opertional and commercial decisions.
