Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers in Phoenix seeks a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume location's operations, staff, and revenue pipeline. You will lead the day-to-day, coach staff to hit KPIs, and ensure top-tier member experience.

Candidates with a track record of driving sales and managing performance in hospitality or premium service settings are preferred; no industry-specific experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience with operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service ops is a plus.
• Experience providing performance feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location and team.
• Drive sales performance with clear revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and enforce performance standards through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and high-quality while identifying sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to make operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity.
