Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.
• Experience in coaching and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and maintain performance standards through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure high-quality member interactions and identify/conver t sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly.
