Job summary

The role encompasses P&L oversight, data‑driven BI, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with an MSO to implement growth initiatives; travel between care centers is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Management required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare management in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10–15+ staff across clinical and administrative functions.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow for clinic coverage.
• Own P&L oversight, AR management, and CPT frequency analysis.
