Job summary

Elevate ENT Partners seeks an experienced operations leader to guide clinical and administrative teams across multiple offices. You will manage daily workflows, staffing, and patient access while owning financial performance and strategic scheduling.

Ideal candidates hold a healthcare administration degree (MBA preferred) with 3–5 years of high-volume healthcare management experience, including EMR and BI tools, to drive profitability and quality care across care centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Management preferred.
• Master’s Degree (MHA/MBA) highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume healthcare environment; private practice experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven performance metrics, including business intelligence software.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Operational Agility: Oversee daily workflows and staffing schedules to ensure seamless clinic coverage and patient flow.
• P&L Management: Take full ownership of key financial indicators including P&L oversight and accounts receivable.
• Business Intelligence: Translate monthly financial and management reports into actionable strategies to improve profitability.
• Strategic Scheduling: Analyze and optimize physician schedules to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
• Partner with MSO to implement growth initiatives enhancing quality and financial performance.
• Drive standardization of workflows, policies, and SOPs across clinical sites.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Corporate Liaison: Represent the practice at regional meetings and maintain partnerships with the MSO.
• Travel between offices within the care centers.
