Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking an Associate Director, Practice Operations to oversee operational performance across multiple clinics in the Tampa Bay area. You will lead budget, staffing, and patient access initiatives in a dynamic outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate has healthcare operations experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive process improvements while collaborating with physicians and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in healthcare, business or related field, or 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations and financial management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns annual budget up to $35M; oversees 3–15 locations and up to 100 FTEs.
• Partner with physicians/leadership to set goals on patient care and efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments on services and projects.
• Meet productivity targets through resource management.
• Manage patient flow and resource allocation; ensure safety and compliance.
• Implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
