Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location. You’ll lead the team, manage daily operations, and drive revenue with a strong focus on KPIs and customer experience.

You’ll coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure every interaction reflects Serenity’s standards while identifying and converting sales opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in operations and sales across premium service environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects the level of service Serenity is known for — while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use that data to make real operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through.
