Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations, to own the day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location in Colorado. The role combines operations leadership with active sales capability to drive revenue while maintaining service excellence.

You will coach a team to meet performance targets, manage staffing and workflow, and ensure a consistent member experience. A strong track record in sales-enabled operations and KPI accountability is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership with operations and sales responsibilities.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality or premium service operations.
• Direct performance conversations with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standards and coach for accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's service level while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through.
