Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching and support to team members and clinicians in assigned offices.
• Monitor workflow, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance metrics.
• Oversee financial performance, revenue, margins and EBITDA targets for the practice group.
• Build and lead a high performing office team and culture.
• Collaborate with shared services to ensure clinician and patient support.
