Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead office operations and clinical performance at our Mequon, WI locations. You will coach clinicians and staff, drive financial and service excellence, and partner with leadership to meet strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in healthcare leadership or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced clinical environment. On-site work in Wisconsin is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• On-site presence at Mequon, WI office.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and support office teams and clinicians to meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
• Monitor workflow processes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance metrics.
• Lead staff development and performance management of office team members.
• Partner with Operations Director and Clinical Leaders to optimize patient access and service delivery.
