Job summary

You will monitor workflows, metrics, clinician and patient satisfaction, and collaborate with leadership to meet clinical, operational, and financial targets. Compensation starts at $70,000 per year with quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years healthcare leadership or 5+ years leadership experience.
• Experience managing clinicians and support staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance targets for the assigned practice group.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of offices and facilities.
• Own monthly performance management and KPI reporting with action plans.
• Provide administrative oversight for therapists and prescribers.
• Lead onboarding and training of new clinician hires and office staff.
• Collaborate with Intake and clinical leadership to optimize patient access.
