Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. seeks a Practice Group Manager to lead and mentor clinicians and office staff across assigned Georgia offices. The role oversees operations, financial targets, and clinician/patient satisfaction, driving service excellence.

You will collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, and shared services to optimize patient access and care delivery while fostering a strong, positive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, including pivot tables, required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance targets for the practice group and monitor EBITDA progress.
• Coordinate and ensure offices operate smoothly according to LifeStance SOPs.
• Provide monthly performance reviews with root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Partner with shared services to support clinicians and patients effectively.
• Manage local referral relationships to increase patient access to care.
• Build and coach a high-performing office team through training and guidance.
