Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to provide direction, coaching, and support to office teams and clinicians across assigned Georgia offices. You will monitor workflow, clinical satisfaction, and performance against established objectives with leadership collaboration.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership or equivalent experience, 5+ years in healthcare leadership (or 3+ with demonstrated responsibility).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare leadership or related field.
• 5+ years healthcare leadership experience OR 3+ years with advanced responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and financial targets for assigned practice group.
• Lead and develop office teams and clinicians; ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Operations Director to meet LFST goals.
• Monitor KPIs, manage referrals, and drive patient access to care.
