The candidate will monitor satisfaction, drive process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to meet objectives, all while maintaining a strong culture of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial performance, including revenue, center margin and EBITDA targets; coordinate with Operations Director.
• Ensure offices operate efficiently per SOPs and resolve facilities issues.
• Manage monthly KPIs, variance reporting and action plans for the practice group.
• Provide administrative support to clinicians and staff and drive service excellence.
• Build a high performing team through training and performance management.
