Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead on-site offices, coach teams, and monitor clinical, operational, and financial performance. You will ensure adherence to LFST processes and support a positive, high-performing culture across assigned offices in California.

The role requires 3+ years of healthcare leadership with strong Excel and communication skills. A Bachelor’s in healthcare leadership and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with leadership experience in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (Clinicians, Lead Practice Coordinator, Practice Coordinator(s), Medical Services Coordinator(s)).
• Partner with Clinical Leadership Team to ensure service delivery according to LFST expectations and procedures.
• Provide administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers within the practice group.
