LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead on-site teams and clinicians across assigned offices in Mequon, WI.

You will oversee culture, workflow, and performance against clinical, operational, and financial targets in partnership with leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s in healthcare leadership or equivalent experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership or related field is required.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience required; alternative: 5+ years in leadership considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians.
• Monitor workflow, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and KPIs.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, center margin, and EBITDA targets.
• Build a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Medical Directors to ensure service delivery and compliance.
