Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to provide on-site leadership across assigned offices in Mequon, WI. You will guide operations, coach teams, monitor clinician and patient satisfaction, and drive financial and clinical performance in partnership with leadership.

The role emphasizes accountability for workflow, performance metrics, and adherence to LifeStance SOPs. Requires a Bachelor's in healthcare leadership or equivalent leadership experience in healthcare.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and EBITDA targets for the practice group.
• Lead and develop office teams, ensuring training needs are met and culture is upheld.
• Support clinician engagement, onboarding, and clinical operations to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize referrals, capacity planning, and patient access.
