Job summary

LifeStance Health in Mequon, WI is seeking a Practice Group Manager to provide direction, coaching, and support to clinicians and office teams. On-site role focused on operational excellence, workflow optimization, patient and clinician satisfaction, and achieving clinical, operational, and financial targets in partnership with leadership.

Starting compensation is $70,000 per year with quarterly bonus/incentive potential. Location: 11649 N Port Washington Rd, Mequon, WI 53092.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading healthcare teams and clinics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices.
• Monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures.
• Ensure offices meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives with leadership collaboration.
• Coordinate with Operations Director and shared services to ensure clinician and patient support.
