LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager in Charlotte, NC to provide direction, coaching, and operational leadership for multiple offices. You will monitor workflows, clinician and patient satisfaction, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with healthcare leadership experience or equivalent, and a track record in healthcare leadership. On-site, competitive compensation with quarterly incentive potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations across assigned practice offices to meet clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Maintain monthly performance metrics and report variance with actionable plans.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and staff engagement.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of office staff and clinicians to promote LFST culture.
