Henderson Engineers is seeking a Practice Director to lead profitability, client experience, and staff development across its national practice. You will align sector strategies with organizational goals, manage budgets, and drive engagement while mentoring project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business preferred.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience with at least five years in leadership/management.
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Develops the annual budget for the practice and tracks revenue margins to maximize profits.
• Oversees effective management of employee relations and personnel matters within the practice.
• Builds and maintains client relationships across strategic locations and mentors staff on client expectations.
• Guides innovation and growth plans, monitors industry trends, and ensures competitive positioning.
