Henderson Engineers is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-market projects, coordinating design, budgeting, and client communication. You will drive project performance, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with Henderson Building Solutions for integrated delivery.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, cross-disciplinary teamwork, and proactive conflict resolution across assigned programs. Travel to project sites may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in AEC or professional services may be considered in lieu of education.
• 8 years of relevant experience required, including at least 4 years of project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution and client experience for assigned projects.
• Assist with development of proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Manage bid processes and plan project deliverables.
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure satisfaction with the process and deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; ensure project quality.
